Our team visited this monastery to figure out if we could help in any way after we got the news that around 300 victims were airlifted here for temporary settlement. We wanted to help them with necessary materials but upon surveillance of the store room, we saw that there was enough necessary things already for some time. The management from monastery also suggested that we could help them in any other way if we can besides foods and clothing.
Thanks to our mutual friend who were also trying to give volunteer service to the victims in health sector especially acupuncture and mental health. Namaste Nepal- Belgium and Sewa Canada International once again collaborated together as a managerial bodies to setup health camp in Monastery premises providing the necessary equipment to the health volunteers from our friendship circle. The service was very effective for mental and physical well- being of the flood victims. This camp ran for 11 days with around 170 people taking the service from our health volunteers.

On September 30, the volunteers were given appreciation certificate in a meet and greet program and a dinner program was organized to appreciate their effort from the beginning of the disaster, with their commitment to help in future as well.
We are grateful for all who joined hand with NAMASTE NEPAL- BELGIUM in this difficult time.
