THE BEAUTY OF NEPAL.
The “Real Nepal” is not Kathmandu, Pokhara or other big cities that are lively yet noisy places. Nepal is not only the Mt. Everest or the Annapurna region. The geography of Nepal can be divided into high mountains, mid-hills and low lands. There is also a Far-West and a Far-East. A wide range of eco-systems from sub-tropical jungles in the Terai to the arctic conditions of the Himalayan highlands in the North. There are a total of 12 national parks, 1 wildlife reserve, 6 conservation areas and many protected areas. Nepal’s rich bio-diversity renders it ideal as an eco-tourism destination.
Make Nepal Clean!!
- Drop no plastics and other dirty things on the streets,
- Learn at school, from an early age, that Nepal is too beautiful to be strewn with the rubbish of all kinds
- Make rules, follow the rules and … control the rules,
- Make the beautiful Durbar Squares in the valley free from cars and motorbikes. Give these places to the pedestrians who want to fully enjoy their beauty without having to be disturbed by honking and/or stupid egoists in traffic. (sorry for this word usage),
- See witch scary streets can get a “one-way street”, it will also benefit safety!
- Required motorcyclists to drive in the left lane and not recklessly and always with the thought “first me and then the other” in the already too busy traffic.
- Check and punish heavily overloaded trucks in traffic. They pose a real danger to themselves and other road users and cause additional damage to the already substandard infrastructure. In the hilly landscape, overloaded trucks cause an even worse traffic flow, resulting in lengthy traffic jams!
- Immediately ban the use of dirty and smelly fuels in road traffic! They harm people and nature!
