A very nice meeting in the official residence of the Nepalese Ambassador of Belgium, the
Netherlands, Luxembourg and the European Union, Sir Gahendra Rajbhandari, with people and
organizations that have aid projects in Nepal. Also present were some climbers who had reached the
summit of Mt. Everest and a doctor who set up a mobile hospital to care for the sick and injured in
the rural areas of Nepal. Namaste Nepal-Belgium had the opportunity to explain our aid-projects in
Kathmandu, Pharping, Jyamrung, Parsa, Dunai and Thuli Bheri, which was followed by a round of
applause. They were fun and, above all, rewarding moments.
