JYAMRUNG – Dhading district.

Jyamrung Village is a beautiful settlement of various Nepalese ethnic groups in the central-eastern region of Nepal. Culturally and naturally rich, the village is located 120 km. east from Kathmandu and is one of the perfect destinations to gain insight and experience Nepalese rural life. Ganesh Himal ranges, Manaslu, Annapurna ranges, Tibet range and Langtang stand out by offering a panoramic view, which is impressive and awe-inspiring.

Medical, hygienic and sanitary materials for Shanka Devi School in Jyamrung. Disinfectants, bandages, plasters, soaps, all kinds of medicines, sanitary towels and so much more were a welcome help. This village is also the birthplace of our project leader Sudip Dhamala. I met Sudip’s very committed grandmother! Happy faces everywhere!
